The best part of ombre is that it doesn’t require root touch-ups! Since it is done over your natural hair color, you don’t have to dye it even if your hair grows. It is sufficient to refresh the color with a “toning” process every 3-4 months.

4. Can ombre be done on black hair?

Yes, it can be done. On black hair, caramel, hazelnut shell, or copper-reflected ombres look much healthier and more natural instead of platinum blonde. Lightening black hair should be a gradual process.
