Yes. We believe in earning your loyalty through exceptional results, not binding contracts. Our membership operates on a month-to-month commitment, meaning you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle without any cancellation fees or penalties.

Do unused service credits roll over to the next month?

To ensure the best physiological results for your hair and skin, consistency is key. Therefore, credits are designed to be used within their specific month and do not roll over.

What happens if I want to book a service outside of my package?

As a valued BabyFace Club member, you receive an automatic exclusive discount on any additional hair, styling, or aesthetic services not explicitly covered by your tier.

What is the policy for rescheduling an appointment?

We completely understand how unpredictable life can get. You can easily reschedule any appointment within the same month, free of charge, as long as you notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled slot so we can reallocate the team.
